We offer free shipping on the Continental U.S. for all orders over $75.00. We are not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Callista by Vinita for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

We offer returns for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 10 days will not be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted like: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Callista by Vinita has the right to approve or reject every return due to the individual nature of each item. In the event that an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be issued.
